More on Apple and Intel

John Gruber has written an interesting follow-up to the Cringley article I last linked to on his blog Daring Fireball. Of particular interest is his comparison of Apple's OS borrowing from Unix/Darwin and Apple's hardware now being co-developed by Intel. Gruber writes: "With a core architecture designed by Intel, Apple will be free to concentrate their own engineering on what they do best: the user experience." Check out the full text here. I couldn't agree more.
